Tonic Sol-fa March 2020

Tonic Sol-fa is coming back for another intimate and amazing show. In addition to the excellent songs selected for the evening’s performance, this will also include a rare Q&A experience during the show, allowing audience members to ask both professional and the occasional personal questions in a lively and interesting setting.

THESE PERFORMANCES HAVE BEEN POSTPONED

All of us in the community are trying to figure out how to cope during the COVID-19 crisis. We at The Zephyr are, too.
At this time, Tonic Sol Fa has decided to postpone their concerts this weekend. Here is a message from Jared Dove of Tonic Sol Fa:

“As is the case with many area venues and performers, we are postponing performances scheduled for this weekend as we monitor the latest updates from local health officials. The well being of our fans and area communities is our primary concern. Rescheduled dates will be announced as soon as possible and please keep your tickets, as all tickets will be honored. ~Tonic Sol-fa”

You have a few options available to you:

Choose to use your tickets for an already scheduled Tonic Sol Fa performance date:

•  April 19, 3:00 or 7:00
•  May 16, 2:00 or 7:00
•  June 13, 2:00 or 7:00

Or you can choose to:

•  Wait until we have a rescheduled date from Tonic Sol Fa and attend that performance.
•  Have a credit that can be applied to any future performance.
•  Ask for a refund.
•  Donate the price of your ticket back to the Zephyr Theatre.

The Zephyr Theatre asks you to consider donating the price of your ticket instead of asking for a refund. World events such as the COVID-19 outbreak can more than disrupt arts organizations, it can kill them by severely disrupting their income. The Zephyr Theatre gets more than half of its revenue from ticket sales, and the rest from donations. We rely on both earned income AND our community support. During this time, we, and the greater arts community need your support more than ever. Across the country, the jobs and healthcare of thousands of theatre professionals are at stake. If you do decide to donate your ticket back to the theatre, we will send you a donation thank-you letter for your tax records. We, along with all other local businesses, appreciate your support during this time of uncertainty.

For those of you who wish to choose a different performance in the future, we will waive exchange fees, but we need you to reply to this email for that to happen. We wish you and your loved ones the best of health as we work together to overcome this challenge.
