Accessible Seating
Generally yes. Performances indoors at The Zephyr Theatre are. Some venues, such as parks, may not be. For seating in specific shows, please refer to the appropriate seat map here, or call the box office at 651-342-1542.
Events held at the outdoor stage are.
Arrival Time and Attire
Generally, The Box Office opens an hour before the event, and seating begins 30 minutes before. Please check the event you are attending for any different instructions, as different venues may have different instructions.
We will attempt to accommodate our late arriving guests with seating at an appropriate break in the performance.
Audience Etiquette
To comply with copyright laws and union regulations, and contract restrictions, the use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile devices is strictly prohibited during performances. Photos of the set before, after, or during intermission are permissible.
Theatre staff reserves the right to escort disruptive patrons from the premises at any time.
Dogs are allowed at the outdoor stage, however they are expected to be good citizens.
- Leashes are required.
- Please pick up after your dog. A receptacle will be provided, but please bring your own waste bags.
- The Zephyr reserves the right to ask troublesome quadrupeds to be taken home.
You may bring your own food and NON-alcoholic beverages. Please leave your spot as clean as you found it.

Approximatley 120 parking spaces are available in The Zephyr Theatre's south end parking lot. There are designated handicap parking spaces on the west side of the building. And there is additional public parking to the south and along the street. Parking in the condo parking lot across the street in NOT allowed.

Gift Certificates are redeemable for the face value of performance tickets, or registration fees. Any unused balance will remain as a credit on account and may be applied towards future purchases by calling The Zephyr Theatre at 651-342-1542.
Gift Certificates are not refundable (whether for cash or otherwise) and cannot be redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by applicable law.
When used in combination with other offers, restrictions may apply.
Gift Certificates do not expire and are not subject to any transaction or dormancy fees. We reserve the right to cancel a purchased Gift Certificate if we suspect that it has been previously used, obtained or used unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Certificate Terms or the Terms of Use.

- Groups and Organizations, such as Senior Living Communities, Schools, Boy and Girl Scouts, Church Groups, etc., may purchase Group Tickets of 12 or more seats
- Contact Ticket Sales at 651-571-2444.
- Group Tickets will be sold as a bundle in the name of the organization purchasing the tickets. Please print your Group’s tickets in advance and distribute to your group members for presentation at the box office.

Outdoor Performances
Click here to view the outdoor seating chart on this website. The first seating chart shows the chair arrangement in the parking lot. Seating provided by The Zephyr is socially distanced. Seats are arranged next to each other in groups of two and four, and the groups are set 6' apart from other groups.
Outdoor performances, unless otherwise specified, are general admission so you may choose any seat.
You may bring your own chair(s) if you choose, as long as you respect social distancing and the existing chair arrangement.
Tickets and Ticket Information
Please note that programs and events are subject to change. Purchase of tickets from The Zephyr Theatre constitutes acceptance of the terms of The Zephyr's ticket policy. You may click here to read the Ticket Policy.
If The Zephyr Theatre needs to cancel a performance due to unforeseen circumstances, or a pandemic quarantine, we will make every effort to contact patrons via e-mail or phone, time permitting. Exchanges or refunds will be offered. For an exchange or refund, please call Ticket Sales at 651-571-2444 within 48 hours of the performance time and provide your Order ID number. If a ticket is refunded, only the face value of the ticket is refunded. Convenience fees and processing fees will not be refunded. If you decide to donate your ticket purchase, a tax-deductible donation receipt can be emailed to you upon request.
Based on availability, tickets may be exchanged until 48 hours before a performance. Exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket will apply. Patron is responsible for paying any convenience fees or charges for more expensive performances.

Tickets purchased online will be assessed a $3.75 convenience fee per ticket. Tickets purchased via phone will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee per order in addition to per ticket convenience fees. These fees cover our credit card and ticketing service costs. Convenience fees are waived for cash sales at the Box Office.
Refunds are not available for tickets, however, we will be happy to assist with an exchange if necessary. Directors Club Members please contact The Theatre staff for additional information.
We do not take reservations or hold tickets for individual purchase. Reservations are made with ticket purchase.
