The Zephyr Theatre Ticket Policy

Terms of Use

Thank you for purchasing from The Zephyr Theatre.

Please note the following Terms of Use, effective April 2, 2020

Reservations:  We do not take reservations or hold tickets for individual purchase.  Reservations are made with ticket purchase.

Group Tickets:  Groups and Organizations, such as Senior Living Communities, Schools, Boy and Girl Scouts, Church Groups, etc., may purchase Group Tickets of 12 or more seats by contacting Ticket Sales at 651-571-2444. Group Tickets availability and pricing may vary by show.  For questions about accommodations, local bars and restaurants, door times, or other special requests for your Group, please call the theatre at 651-342-1542. Group Tickets will be sold as a bundle in the name of the organization purchasing the tickets. Please print your Group’s tickets in advance and distribute to your group members for presentation at the box office.

Reserved seating adjustments:  Please note that we may shift the location of your seat(s) to maximize capacity and avoid vacant seats.

Processing and Convenience fees:  Tickets purchased online will be assessed a $3.75 convenience fee per ticket. Tickets purchased via phone will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee per order in addition to per ticket convenience fees. These fees cover our credit card and ticketing service costs.  Convenience fees are waived for cash sales at the Box Office.

Print@Home / Box office:  You may print your tickets at home or pick up tickets at the venue Box Office at the performance. The Box Office opens one hour before each performance start time.

Late arrivals:  We will attempt to accommodate our late arriving guests with seating at an appropriate break in the performance.

Exchanges:  Based on availability, tickets may be exchanged until 48 hours before a performance. Exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket will apply. Patron is responsible for paying any convenience fees or charges for more expensive performances.

Refunds:  Refunds are not available for tickets, however, we will be happy to assist with an exchange if necessary. Directors Club Members please contact The Theatre staff for additional information.

Cancelled performances:  If The Zephyr Theatre needs to cancel a performance due to unforeseen circumstances, or a pandemic quarantine, we will make every effort to contact patrons via e-mail or phone, time permitting. Exchanges or refunds will be offered. For an exchange or refund, please call Ticket Sales at 651-571-2444 within 48 hours of the performance time and provide your Order ID number. If a ticket is refunded, only the face value of the ticket is refunded. Convenience fees and processing fees will not be refunded. If you decide to donate your ticket purchase, a tax-deductible donation receipt can be emailed to you upon request.

Cameras/other devices:  To comply with copyright laws and union regulations, and contract restrictions, the use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile devices is strictly prohibited during performances. Photos of the set before, after, or during intermission are permissible.

Phones:  Please make sure your electronic devices are silenced while at the theatre.

Disruptive patrons:  Theatre staff reserves the right to escort disruptive patrons from the premises at any time.

Acceptance:  Please note that programs and events are subject to change. Purchase of tickets from The Zephyr Theatre constitutes acceptance of all terms.
