Reservations: We do not take reservations or hold tickets for individual purchase.
Group Sales: If you have group greater than 10 please call the Box Office at 651-571-2444
Refunds: There are no refunds for tickets, but we will be happy to assist with an exchange if necessary. Directors Club Members please contact the theatre staff for additional information.
Exchanges: Based on availability, tickets may be exchanged until 48 hours before a performance. Exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket will apply. Patron is responsible for paying any processing fees or charges for more expensive performances.
Print@Home / Box office: You may print your tickets at home or pick up tickets at the venue box office at the performance. The box office opens one hour before each performance start time. To claim your tickets at the box office, please present your photo I.D. to collect your tickets.
Processing fees: Tickets purchased online will be assessed a $3.75 processing fee per ticket. Tickets purchased via phone will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee per order. These fees covers our credit card and ticketing service costs.
Cancelled performances: If The Zephyr Theatre needs to cancel a performance due to an unforeseen event, we will make every effort to contact patrons via e-mail, time permitting. Exchanges or refunds will be offered. For an exchange or refund, please call the box office at 651-571-2444 within 48 hours of the performance time and provide your Order ID number. If a ticket is refunded, only the face value of the ticket is refunded. Additional service or processing fees will not be refunded. If you decide to donate your ticket purchase by not contacting us after a cancelled performance, a tax-deductible donation receipt can be emailed a donation thank you letter to the purchaser.
Cameras/other devices: To comply with strict copyright laws and union regulations, the use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile devices is strictly prohibited during performances. Photos of the set before, after, or during intermission are permissible.
Phones: The ringing of cellular phones, pagers or texting can be highly disruptive during a performance. Please turn off your phone while at the theater.
Disruptive patrons: Theatre staff reserves the right to escort disruptive patrons from the theater at any time.
Late seating: We do not guarantee late seating after a performance begins. Late seating may or may not be permitted at the discretion of the House Manager at an appropriate break in the performance. You may be seated in an alternate location designated for late arrivals and take your original seats at intermission.
Acceptance: Please note that programs and events are subject to change. Purchase of tickets from The Zephyr Theatre constitutes acceptance of all of the terms. Please note that we may shift the location of your seat(s) to maximize capacity and avoid vacant seats.
